Application:
The machine as a pre-cleaner in blowing room is installed between bale plucker and multi-mixer. In free condition, the raw cotton is evenly struck many times by a spiked cylinder, by which the greater part of impurities in the cotton can be effectively removed.
Main Features:
1. Along the spiral path of a cylinder, the raw cotton turns over 2.5~6.5 cycles with its removing impurities more gently and sufficiently.
2. Lower power consumption, less area occupied, and higher outoput.
3. The grid bar adjusting mechenisim with worm gear set in FA102A, FA102B makes the adjustment even more convenient and accurate.
4. A special module function is adopted in FA102C for transforming mode number, so as to raise the accuracy of grid bar's gauge.
The system design is suitable for multi-assortment production. As the PLC, man-machine interface, and special funtion module are adopted in the control system, the regulation of technological parameters is convenient with the degree of automation being higher.
5. FA102D is the latest improving product base on FA102C, new screw bar for adjusting grid bar is adjusted in it.
