JSR 668 roving frame is one of products of Joint Ventunes. With the decision of Directorate Saurer Jinsheng build up Roving Department, which have assmbly line, quality control system according to Zinser Standards. Managing people had been sent to Germany to be trained for 3 months before they started to work. With the technical support and qualified control from German experts, all products are checked and eligible before delivery.

JSR 668 adopt the 4-axis multimotor drive system.
The good synchronization, only little maintenance is necessary, which could avoid yarn fault effectively.

Cancel the driving parts of traditional roving frame, such as cone gearing, builder motion, differential gear unit and mechanical change.
The doffing system of bobbin frame is driven directly by independent frequency inverter motor, and the old balancing system is unnecessary.
5. Intellectualized operating control system
The high-precision close-loop following system which is made up of computer, touch screen, controller of coder, frequency inverter, and high-precision turning coder is used for JSR 668.The computer controls four motors at the same time by strict mathematic model.
Power-off protection function: effectively preventing all ends breakage or yarn faults happening during sudden power breakdown.

7. High-quality, High-production, High-efficiency
The committed quality index can reach USTER 5% level.
The actual production flyer speed is up to 1300rpm.
EasyStart operation system is adopted, and the setting of machine is simple. The datafile which is supplied by management system could be transferred at any time (10 groups of data could be saved). It is fast and convenient for the adjustment of production techniques and changing of material.
Total-sealing and high speed running flyer are adopted and reduce the noise.
The roving count could be added from 3-5g/10m to 6-8g/10m, the production is improved times.
8. Simple maintenance, low operating cost
Only little maintenance works is necessary for the driving of JSR 668, which could save much grease and energy, greatly reduce operating cost.
The cleaning system adopts the positive turning fiber with upper & bottom clean roller devices, and the reciprocating cleaner & suction ducts are equipped.
The doffing process of JSR 668 is convenient for easy manual operation. Piecing-up of the roving ends to the empty tubes and production start-up are all performed fully automatically.
