Product Description

APPLICATION: This feeder located at the rear of card is a connecting equipment between blower and card; and is of a double chutes, without cotton return, pneumatic type. The raw machine to be peocessed into even fiber batt, for card so as realize continuous production. MAIN FEATURES: 01. Model JYH306 continuous feed controller is used. 02. Model JFA020A Transport Fan to realize continuous feeding. Frequency inverter is adopted for conveying fan control. By setting parameters, the air volume of the fan is easy to be changed. 03. Piezo-electric sensors are used to test the pressure in duct and in chute and to control feeding.
