CJ-F35-III™ auto doffing robot(ADR), the intelligent robot is suitable for all kinds of cotton, hemp (except wet spinning), chemical ring spinning frames. It automatically completes the functions such as intubation, doffing, yarn retention and collection. It reduces the number of the workers and reduces labor intensity.
Two sets of ADR is one group which works at both left and right sides of ring frames synchronously. It is easy to operate and flexible. According to the different number of yarn, a group of robots cover 15~35 sets of ring spinning frames(≤520 spindles).
This ADR adapts to all kinds of yarns, suitable for both bare blade and aluminum adopter spindle and covers bobbin length 180~230mm.
Main structural features
Human-computer interaction - real time information feedback
The OMRON touch-screen displays the working state of the robot in real time and facilitates the setting of management level parameters.
Module mechanism - ten spindle grabbing
The modular mechanism consists of two synchronous belt linear modules of the Z axis and the Y axis, which constitutes the coordinate manipulator and realize the forward and upward movements of the grabbing mechanism under the program control.
Intubation mechanism - spindle protection
The ADR adopts single bobbin intubation. The ring bobbins fall down automatically on the spindles which protects the spindles.
Driving devices - independent power supply and air source
Using 48V/36Ah lithium iron battery DC power supply, high performance and low noise air compressor air supply, it is safer and cleaner for robot use, and improves production efficiency.
Driving and walking mechanism - motion stability and accuracy
The main motor drives two driving wheels through the synchronous belt, and the robot moves on the upper guide rail through friction transmission. The lower side supporting wheel supports the lower guideway to ensure the accuracy of the robot's posture.
Lifting mechanism - labor-saving and easy to operate
It is composed of two cylinders, which controls and regulates the rising height of the frame through sensors. It is an intelligent doffing robot that can be easily hung on the spinning frame.
Yarn cutting mechanism - high retention rate
In the process of full bobbin pulling and falling into the collection box, the special blade mechanism can quickly cut the bottom tail yarn, and the remaining tail yarn on the ingot foot is moderate, thus ensuring good retention rate.
Grabbing mechanism - bobbin grabber
It is made up of air frame circuit and ten sets of bobbin grasping device with polyurethane cushion. The optimization of the internal structure makes the robot run smoothly and integrally. The bobbin grabber specially designed for robot is more suitable for high frequency grasping bobbin. The original turnover type bobbin grabbing structure can deal with the compact spinning big top roller easily. The new type of polyformaldehyde material is used in the body of the grabber. The piston and the top block are made of high quality polyurethane to ensure the spindle and yarn are not damaged due to extubation.
