1. H9 automatic doffing machine is suitable for most types of spinning machines, and the track height can be between 570mm and 680mm above the ground.
2. The machine uses 36V rechargeable lithium battery, does not need external power supply and compressed air.
3. There is no need to replace the existing rails of ring spinning frame, only that the orginal rail surface should be adjusted straightly.
4. Vertical doffign, does not damage the spindle.
5. The height of the machine can be adjusted manually according to the actual situation on site, which is convenient for manual operation.
6. The equipment is divided into left and right hands (can be divided, according to the needs of the user), automatic intubation, doffing, only need an artificial auxiliary operation when operating.
7. Working efficiency: in case the ring spinning frame has 228 spindles on one side. It takes about 70 seconds to complete the doffing process. The machine can choose to return automatically.
8. Three-rate indicators: the doffing rate is about 98%, the intubation rate is about 98% and the breakage rate before starting is about 5% (according to the yarn count).
9. Take a group of 10,000 spindles as an example. Manual doffing requires 4 persons and need professional doffing workers while it only needs two sets of machines. The factory may recruit the auxiliary worker to operate since the machine is completely uses the fool type pattern design, it is easy to operate and greatly reduced the labor(about 50%) and the working intensity.
