4-roller With Double Short Apron
4-roller with double short apron is adopted. It avoid cluster area's disturbance to sliver's normal drafting, make fiber movement steady, which is in favor of evenness of twist and high quality of roving.
Roving With Superior Quality
High precision tension control sensor (CCD) can automatically detect the yarn tension state online and give feedback to computer system to adjust roving tension at any time.This can keep the yarn tension at the best value to realize constant tension spinning state.
Cleaning Device
Cleaning device adopts intermittent style top and bottom cleaner with comb and rotary cleaning band. The blowing device working with the suction device at back of the machine can effectively clean the waste on the top rail beam and the waste scraped off from the bottom cleaner.
