Indpendent notor spindle structure, each spindle is driven by individual spindle motor, and with two-way pneumatic brakes, to make sure the good consistency between twisted yarns.
Large package: the max lift is 550 mm, the finished package is up to 25kg.
Wide adaptation :Indepndent lift and forming control can be adapted to the needs of a variety of forming types.
Pneumatic pressurizing, ensures the gripping force beteen the roller and twisted yarn, reach the constant line speed yarn feeding, imprive the twisted yarn quality.
The max twisted yarn titer is up to 80000D, and own single yarn breaking automatic stop function.
