APPLICATION: The positation of this machine is after blow room and before draw frame. The web collector will open and close automatically when slivers break and re-piecing. Over the stripping roller is installed the high speed cleaning roller driven by an individual motor. 06. Continuous positive double sided extraction system which is designed elaborately to ensure efficient waste removal at multi-suction points. 07. With metal, broken bars, thick volumes full of cylinder and so many self-stopping, equipment failure, the signal light fault signal sent. 08. Model JFA229A high-production carding adopts separated drive for each motor in driving system. Speed sensors installed at feed roller, liker-in, cylinder, flats and doffer could be used for synchronous control. Combination of computer communications, touch-screen display and PLC control ensures the coordination in the whole system and stable operating conditions. 09.
