The machine is used for further opening and mixing the fibre from distributor, then processes into even cotton layer,which is fed into a scutcher to form lap.
Main Features
The machine is equipped with a vibration hopper for feeding.Cotton lumps fall from the vibrating hopper in free form, theus making the transvrse density of the cotton layer even and identical.
Adopt photocell control ensures the reliability and continuance of the machine work.
Frequency and and vibration amptitude of the vibrating plate can be adjusted for tarnsverse cotton dropping.
The output can be adjusted by changing the pulley and ragulating plate of delivery cotton.
The machine may adopt the method of either the electuic distributing or the air distributing.
