Application: THe machine is uesd for further opening and mixing the fibre from distributor, then processes into even cotton layer, which is fed into a scutcher to form lap. Mian Features: 1. The machine is equipped with a vibration hopper for feeding Cotton lumps fall from the vibrating hopper in free form, thus making the transverse dendity of the cotton layer even and identucal. 2. Adopt photocell control ensures the reliability and continuance of the machine work. 3. Frequency and vibration amptitude of the vibrationg plate can be adjusted for transverse cotton dropping. 4. The output can be adiusted by changing the pulley and regulating palte of delivery cotton. 5. The machine may adopt the method of either fhte electuic distributing or the air distributing.
