The Working Principle:
A wire loop on the raised edge of the collar, also known as a racetrack, where the yarn turns the ring on the lead track during spinning.Once the loop is turned, the yarn is added to the loop.

Geometric Shape:
According to geometry, steel collar can be divided into three kinds of flat steel collar, vertical steel collar and taper steel collar.
The process parameters of the flat ring are width, inner diameter and height, width related to the thickness and length of the ring.
The edge width of the steel collar should be in line with the selected steel ring.Narrow edge steel collar the inner diameter of steel collar determines the height of steel collar according to the winding diameter of fine yarn.
For flat steel collar, it has little relationship with the process, while for vertical and taper steel collar, it is the main process parameter, which is equivalent to the width of plane steel collar.
01)Plane Steel Collar
