Model FA002, FA003A Automatic Bale Plucker
Type FA002 and FA003A are the initial treatment in blowroom line, which are introdunced to pluck bales of various cotton classes, man-made fiber below 76mm, While FA002,generally put into operation in parallel with two sets which are availble to various cotton classes so that moer blending bales are contalined and hence better production quality is improved. FA003A carry forward the traditional merits of FA002,the mixing effect is much better. The number of lavdown bales increases to four rows from three rows from three rows of FA002. The bale of 100*500(mm) can be laid 38 bales, which incereases by 58% over the ordinary FA002 Bale Plucker.
Main Features
FA002 and FA003A are both furnished with sawtooth disc rollers. From inside to outside, the toothed discs of FA002 are divided in theree groups and the toothed discs of FA003A are divided in five groups from wide to close so theat the cotton could be plucked uniformly in smaller tufts. lt is favourable for next process to blend and clesn.
