1. 5 over 4 with the pressure bar drafting system provides wide drafting range. The gauge of pressure bar can be easily adjusted to stabilize the silver evenness.
2. The whole new PLC gives the facilities for simple wiring and easy maintenance.
3. Gearing mechanism is totally enclose in oilbath, provide wide drafting range can be easily adjusted and changed. Noiseless operation and lower components worn-out.
4. The machine is fully equipped with safe stop motions, indicators to control the quality of sliver.
5. Special design on the slot of spiral coiler tube, to guide the sliver more smoothly and get sliver appearance better and improve the evenness of sliver.
6. Top Arm with spring pressure method provides stable pressure on top rollers, easier adjustment, and inproving quality(pneumatic weighting Type for option).
7. The main motor use an inverter to control its speed. Upon change of the machine speed, it is not only needless to replace the pully, but able to control the speed stably and to make machine start/stop more smoothly.
8. The operator's interface panel is used for shift and length setting displaying output of current shift and each shift total output and speed etc, fault displaying function is also installed for prompt debugging to raise the machine efficiency.
