FA457PV/FA457G/FA456 type fly frame is a new type roving frame by researching&empoldering and technology reforming, which is bases on A454E.
It adopts international advanced PLC control technology, frequency donverter and speed adjustment technology and PC displayed text, etc. with the function of data collection and display, logic control frequency converter output mutual communication, and effectively improves operation stability and control flexibility and prolong the life of equipment.
It has the following advantages:
01. PLC control: simple install connection, acute and sensitive action, small on/ off input current, and it improves the life of on-off button.
02. Text display: for length, rotary speed, current, four shift sum-length and accumulated length. It is easily to read.
03. For speed easily adjustment, just turn the speed adjustment knob on the panel. Needn't changing belt pulley.
04. By solely starting and stopping, it improves the result and reduces pinched yarn or brlken ends.
05. Auto oriented stopping according to set length, it obviously improves machine's response.
06. By removing the resistor and magnet clutch, is saves 20% power.
The technology is suitable for rebuilding for A453, A454E, A456, A453 type for frames.
