Application
This machine' s position is after blow room and before draw frame.lt is suitable for processing raw material of cotton, cotton-type chemical fiber and medium ataple length synthetic fiber and is designed to open and card the layers of loose fiber processed in the blow room line and remove neps, impurities and short to form a uniform sliver. A high-speed coiler coils the sliver into can for use in the next process. The machine is an idesl choice of high spd cards for chut feeding.
Main Features
1.Machine frame, cylinder and doffer are welded type to give rigidity and light weight. Finite element analysis is made for all major components.
2.Saw tooth type feed roller (dia 100mm)gently opens and transfers the material with minimum damage to the fiber.
3.Mote knives, pre-carding segments and suction hood are fitted under licker-in.
4.Use of roller bearing for revolving flats reduces flat heel wear. Total/working revolving flats 85 pcs 30 pcs travel cunter to the cylinder rotation.An individual motor drves stripping brush to remove flats strips.
5.Long term and short trm autolevellers incorporating both open and close loop system.
6.Five front stationary flats with one trash extraction hood and six rear stationary flats with two trash extraction hoods are equipped.
7.Inclined three roller stripping, pneumatic rotary web collector automatically open when sliver breaks and close after re-piecing. Over the stripping roller is installed the high speed cleaning roller driven by an individual motor.
8.Continuous positive double sided extraction to ensure efficient waste removal at multi-suction points.
9.Auto stop motions provided for detection of metal in the lap, sliver break, fibre return, thick lap and full-can withe indicating signals.
10.Various individual motor drives and speed sensors at feed roller, licer-in, cylinder, flats and doffer are used for synchronous control. Combination of computer communictions, touch screen display dan PLC control ensures coordination if the whole system and stable operating conditions.
11.Fully enclosed body cover designed for safety and good looking .Up-open Safety doors isdesigned for easy maintenance.
12.Optional chute feed or lap feed.
13.Optional manual changer or automatic can changer coiler.
