APPLICATION: This machine is used for reforming Model A092A Feeder. The fiber which comes from the distributor is further opened and blended in the machine and then the even layer is fed into a suctcher to form lap. MAIN FEATURES: 01. A vibration hopper is used instead of the traditional V-type lattice hopper. After vibration the fiber inside the hopper becomes close and uniform sheet cotton, then is fed into a scutcher to form uniform lap. 02. Adopting photocell control ensures the reliability and continuance of the machine work. 03. Frequency and vibration amptitude of the vibrating plate can be adjusted for transverse cotton dropping.
