FEATURE

1. Energy-saving clutch fixed on shaft of the main motor, USING V-belt to drive Cylinder and the nthe taker-in driven, this structure is simple and reliable and smooth to start. A taker-in speed sensor is fixed to control its speed to suit the starting and stopping of Doffer, which prevents block-up of card.

2. The Doffer motor adopts AC stepless frequency control piecing-up with low speed and running rapidly, it's convenient to operate, sensitive and reliable to control. Synchronous tooth belt make it run steadily with low noise.

3. The feed roller is driven by separate motor and synchronously controlled with Doffer through inverter and PLC.

4. Adopt inclined three-roller stripping device; above the stripping roller, an actively transmitted cleaning roller is fixed to prevent Doffer clothing from being damaged. Between the squeeze roll and the big calender roller, a movable curl plate condenser is fixed to imporve its working stablity. At the same time, equip the machine with cross apron web-collecting system for spinning staple fiber according to the customer's materials.

5. Suction form: Adopt upper or lower continuous suction according to customer's requirements.

6. The specially-made framework and the integrated circular side frames, with high intensity, easily adjusted and convenient to dismount Cylinder screen.

7. Suitable for laps or chute feeding, and interfaces are kept for the autoleveller in the place of the feed roller and the step calender roller.

8. Front 4 rear 2 stationary flats and taker-in segment plates are fitted.

9. Optimum designed constructions of the Cylinder and Doffer ensure its precision and stiffness.

10. Convenient totally-enclosed safety covers.

11. There are 4 automatic stop motions, with speed and all faults display.

12. Small heel-toe of flat is 0.56mm, comning efficiency is improved.

13. Adopt staged roller for delivery calender roller to make slivers compact, eliminate incidental draft and increase can capacity.
