This kind of machine is the basic form of the Series Carding Machine. By adopting the double-Mollier structure, the high-efficiency trash extraction carding machine can be utilized for the processing of the wools with trash content 5% of burr wastes.
The main characteristics
Undergroud major axis drive and fine synchronous performance. The main motor driver Doffer throuth the protective clutetive clutch, the gear box and P3L stepless speed regulator.The Ф450mm stripping roller replaces the flexble nail roller of the feeder, in order to avoid affecting the feeding unevenness while wool coiling.Adopt the needle-ring structure for the feed roller, with small damage to the fibres. Double transferring rollers structure is adopted for transfer between the first breast Cylinder and the second breast Cylinder, with fine mixing performance.Good effect of trash extraction. Tow Mollier devices are installed on the machine, and a burr motion is fixed in front of the Cylinder.The speed of Doffer can be reduced 45-60%, thus to make a slow repiece.Adopt bearings of high performance ofr energy saving.High degree of mechanical-electrical integration. Automatic alarm and stopping are designed for the short weight of the feeder, the lifting of the feeding roller over 3mm, the wool coiling of burr-removing roller of the broken tops.Fine safeguard and protective devices. The saftguard of the whole machine is advantageous to the safe operation. A piece of strong magnetic steel is installed on the inclined lattice of the feeder. A roll-preventing tooth cluth is fixed on the feed roller and the delivery calender roller. An automatic positioning device of burr motion is adopted to protect the motor of burr guard.The under casing with new-style structure is firm and nice-looking.The working rollers of Cylinder are directly driven by Cylinder.The working rollers and the stripping rollers are matched with metallic clothings and white coirs.
