Application
This machine's position is after blow room and before draw frame .It is suitable for processing raw material of cotton, cotton-type chemical fiber and medium staple length synthetic fiber and si designed to open and card the impurities and short to form a unitorm silver. A high-speed coils the intocan for use in the next process.The machine is an ideal choice of high speed cards for chute feeding.
Main Features
1.Mchine frame, cylinder and doffer are welded type to give rigidity and light weight. Finite element analysis is made for all major components.
2.Feed roller (dia 100mm)gently opens and transfers the material with minimum damage to the fibre.
3.Optimize the structure design for two waste-colletion areas; one is between the dust-knife and licker-in, and the other is between per-carding segment and licker-in; in order to fit and satisfy different fiber types and different request of quality.
4.Total working revolving flats 85 pcs 30 pcs travel counter to the cylinder rotation. An individual notor drives stripping brush to remove flats strips.
5.Long term and short term autolevellers in corprating both open and close loop system.
6.Three front stationary falts with two trash extraction hood and four rear stationary flats with three trash extraction hoods are equipped.
7.Inclined three roller stripping,pneumatic rotary web collector automatically open when sliver breaks and close after re-piecing.Over the stripping roller is installed the high speed cleaning roller driven by an individual notor.
8.Visibel plastic adhesive filtering pipe with smooth surface; multi suction points on card for contnuous suction with good suction efficiency; continuous pressure detection; good suction efficiency.
9.Auto stop motions provided for detection of metal in the lap, thick lap, pressure roller lap, sliver break and full-can with indicating signals.
10.Various individual notor drives and speed sensors at feed roller,liker-in, cylinder,flats and doffer are used for synchronous control. stable operting conditions.
11.Manual can-change or automatic one for coiler is optional part for customer.
