Application:
The machine is used for mixing in the blowing room. The fibre, after fed into the machine, is uniformly transported into each mixing chamber simultaneously under the action of the air stream thus resulting in instantaneous mixing. And each fibre layer, with a change of 90 degrees in direction, is transported to the inclined lattice, which realises delayed mixing due to the difference of distance travelled from the mixing chamber. The excess fibre on the lattice are thrown into the mixing chamber by an evener roller to form a "concentrated mixing". The fibre transported by the inclined lattice are opened and trash dust and short fibre are removed by the two beaters. The material is then fed to the next machine by suction of the machine transport fan.

4. The feed roller and feed plate are arranged in a special way reducing fibre damage to a minmum.
5. The control of the transport fan, beaters and feed speed is through frequency inverter which allows for convenient setting of process parameters.
