Product Description

Application:

This machine is used for mixing various grades of cotton or man-made fibers. With the aid of a condenser, the cotton tufts delivered from preceding machine is fed into the machine for blending and opening. After a part of impurities is removed by the blades of beater, the cotton is delivered to next machine for further treatment.

Main Features:

1. This machine consists of blade beater, flat steel grid, spike lattice, consolidating lattice, feed lattice, evener roller and mixing hopper, etc.

2.The fed material is spread across the width of the chamber by means of a swing plate for mixing purpose.

3.A row of magnets is installed under the beater for attracting iron impurities out.
