FB1107 Single Roller Cleaner is an efficient pre-process cleaner, applicable to various kinds of raw cotton.
Material inside is opened sufficiently after repetitive flexible and gentle beat.
During opening , impurities are separated from the material.
Material opened and purfied is transported to the next process via the transporting duct. |
The main features: the fiber is fed and output along the tangent direction of the beater.The specially designed guide channel controls the direction and speed of fiber flow and has high efficiency in removing impurities.Special dust bar design, dust bar between the flowers will not plug, removing miscellaneous effect is good;The rotation speed and dust spacing of the drum can be adjusted manually or online automatically.Process parameter setting realizes parameter setting subset, that is, different parameter subset corresponds to different raw cotton production process.It can be used alone or connected with the coagulator.Realize the on-line automatic conversion of two groups of different production processes, that is, the machine can accept two kinds of raw materials and two kinds of production processes in time sharing.
