The FA008 is suitable for processing all raw materials, be it coffon of any king man-made fibres up to 125mm or coffon type flax.
On each side can be weo bale groups ,also of different heighrs, can be processed.
Perman entiy small fufts 10-50mg are produced and the impurities exposed.
Up to 200 bales in the lay-down
With a working width of 2100mm and a standard machine length of 30metres,60 bals can be accommidaten. The FA008 with 2200mm width, 60m machine length even accommodates up to 200 baies. Assuming a cleaning line production rate of 1200kg per hour, this allow unattended operation for 60 hours.
The commander CPC controls the
operation of the fa008 and monitors all its functions. Monitor isualizes all the production oprations. Operation and monitoring are geratly simplified due to theis control system. The CPC monitor can display ijformation in many languages.
