The steel ring cups adopt different high-grade materials, such as bearing steel, alloy steel, superior carbon steel, ceramic to produce PG series of steel ring cups.


In the meantime, it uses different kinds of techniques for exterior treatments, for example, Planetary Polishing, Fine Polished Chrome Plated, Nano coating, Nitridation, DLC, PVD(GLC) Lubricating to meet customers' various requirements for spinning low, medium and high yarn counts.

It also can be used on the compact spinning and general spinning frames, for spinning various yarns made of cotton, chemical fiber, the blend of cotton and chemical fiber.
