Application
The machine is used for micing in the blowing room. The fibre, after fed into the machine, si uniformly taransported into each mixing chamber simultaneously under the action of the air stream thus resulting in instantaneous mixing. And each fiber layer, with a change of 90 degrees in direction, is transported to the inclinde lattice, which realises delayed mixing due to the difference of distance travelled from the mixing chamber. The excess fibre on the lattice are thrwn into the mixing chamber by an evener toller to form a "cincentrated mixing ".The fiber transported by the inclined lattice are opened and trash, dust and short fibre are removed by the two beaters. The material is then fed to the next machine by suction of the material transport fan.

2.The electrical control is incorporated with man -machine interface,PLC control, auto -alarms and interlockong control with the preceding and following machines.
3.The trash removal devices with opening segments effectively removes trash,dust and short fibre resulting in increased opening efficiency.
4.The feed roller and feed plate are arranged in a special way reducing fibre damage to a mininum.
5.The control of the transport fan, beaters and feed speed is through Frequency inverter which allows for convenient setting of process param-eters.
