5 over 4with the pressure bar drafing system provides wide drafting range. The gauge of pressue bar can be easily adjusted to stabilize the sliver evenness.

The machine is fully equipped with safe stop motions, indicators to control the qualtiy of sliver.

Top Arm with soring pressure method provides stable pressure on top rollers, easieer adjustment, and inproving quality quality (pneumatic wighting Type for option).
The main motor use an inverter to control its speed. Upon change of the machine speed, it is not only needless to replace the pully, but able to control the speed stably and to make machine start/stop more smoothly.
The operator' s interface panel is used for shiftand length setting disaplaying output of current shiftand length setting displaying output of current shift and each shift total output and speed etc, fault displaying function is also installed for prompt debugging to raise the machine efficiency.
