FA029 is used for blending cotton, chemical fiber or blends. A fter fiber is fed into FA029 , airflow blows it into every hopper evenly to form a airflow blending . The fiber in every hopper is conveyed in a 90° turn to form a distance-different mixture. And the excessive fiber is thrown into blending room to attain fine mixture

Designed with PLC control system and connected with the PLC of front and back machine to achieve synchronous runing
Intensive three times mixture, all inds of fiber can be evenly blended.
The pressure in hopper can be automatically monitored, controlling bale plucker to start or stop.
Feed lattice and spike lattice are controlled by motor with inverter, can be stepless speed regulation.
With inverter fan in inlet and outlet, air volume and pressure can be stable .
Sensitive detect section, obtaining contiuous runnig of the whole process.
